Featured on NASA Educational TV
SPACESTARS has been chosen to provide the web-based GIS instructional activities for the latest episode of NASA Connect, an educational television show that is broadcast on over 130 PBS stations, and on Channel One!  For this episode called Virtual Earth, which begins airing on October 16, we have created two new portions of our website for students to use at the end of the show.  You can use these activities in your classroom as part of the Earth Systems lesson provided on the NASA Connect show, or they can be used by themselves.  They're called Earthquake Hunters and H20 Extremes.  Instructions and printable material for these activities can be found on NASA Connect's website, at this location. Update: Ask us about a copy of the video for use in your classroom!
